Flock – individually adjustable.
JFA produces various flock types for your individual requirements.
Flock is defined by:
Material: Polyamid/Nylon, Flocklength 3.3 (dtex), semi-dull
Flocklength: length of the flock in millimeters
dtex: measure of the flock thickness. It corresponds to the weight of 10,000 meters in grams (JFA for example uses 3.3 dtex, which corresponds to 3.3 g to 10,000 meters fibers)
Semi-dull: dull describes the coloring of the flock. JFA produces preferably semi-dull applicator surfaces.
